Terms of service. Plain and fair.

1. Who we are

These terms apply to services offered on aigrowthintegrator.ai by Wisvara Flow Partner LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

2. What we offer

• Live workshop - a 3-hour online session in which you set up three automations in your own business. It includes the first 30 days of the Play plan.
• Done for you - a one-off Quick Start setup or Company Brain Build with a fixed scope agreed in writing before work starts.
• Monthly system - the Play, Grow or Freedom plan, billed monthly.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros. The prices you see are final prices. The workshop and setups are paid in advance. The monthly system is always paid separately and is not included in the workshop or setup price. Usage-based items - such as AI usage, texts sent through a system number and extra mobiles connected for texts - are billed as described on the Pricing page.

4. Workshop guarantee

If the workshop wasn't worth it, tell us within 7 days and we'll refund the workshop fee in full. No questions asked. If you can't attend, let us know beforehand and we'll move you to the next date.

5. Monthly system - billed monthly

The monthly system is billed month by month. If you decide to stop, tell us and the plan ends at the end of the paid month. If you commit for 12 months, the setup fee may be reduced or waived; the monthly price stays the same.

6. Your content and your Company Brain

Everything you put into your Company Brain belongs to you, and you can export it at any time. Your customers and conversations stay in your own account. The structure, templates, automations and AI configuration are ours and run as part of the monthly system.

7. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the content you send to your customers, for having permission to contact them and for keeping your login details safe. Don't use the system for spam or anything unlawful.

8. Third-party services

The system relies on third-party services such as hosting, e-mail delivery, text messaging, payments and AI providers. We choose them carefully, but we can't be responsible for their outages or changes.

9. Liability

We do our best to make your system work reliably. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects your plan, we'll tell you by e-mail at least 30 days in advance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
