• Your name and e-mail when you join the waiting list or ask for the cheat sheet.
• Your name, e-mail, phone and the time you choose when you book a call.
• Anything you write to us by e-mail, chat or message.
• Basic technical data such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies.
• If you become a client: billing details and the data you put into your system.

3. Why we use it

• To send you what you asked for - the workshop date, the cheat sheet, a call confirmation (performance of a contract or steps before one).
• To send you useful e-mails about automation and our offers (your consent - you can withdraw it at any time).
• To run and improve the website and our services (our legitimate interest).
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

4. Who helps us

We use trusted providers for website hosting and CRM, e-mail delivery, text messaging, calendar booking, payments and AI. They process data only on our instructions. Some of them are located outside the UK and the EU; where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

5. Clients' customer data

When you use our system for your business, you are the controller of your customers' data and we process it on your behalf under a data processing agreement. Your customers' personal data never goes into your Company Brain.

6. How long we keep it

Waiting list and cheat sheet contacts: until you unsubscribe, or 24 months without activity. Call bookings: 24 months. Client and billing records: as long as the law requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Every e-mail has an unsubscribe link. Write to [email protected]. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority - in the UK the ICO, in Ireland the Data Protection Commission.
